Childcare at Elysium

• Want a little extra tennis time to work off all those extra calories from Thanksgiving Dinner? Elysium's Kids Court will available for daytime childcare on Wednesday, Nov. 25 and Friday, Nov. 27th by reservation only. If you wish to use these services, please contact the front desk as soon as possible.
• Over the Christmas and New Year Holiday Season the Kids Court will be available for daytime childcare, by reservation only, from Dec. 21 to Dec. 24 and from Dec. 28 to Dec. 31. Please contact and confirm with the front desk as soon as possible so we can coordinate our staff scheduling.

• During the fall / winter session there are "drop in" hours from 9 to 12 every day Monday through Friday. No reservations are necessary, but communicate with us in advance to advise us of your intentions so we may prepare for your childs care and needs.
• Other times are available and can be arranged on an as needed basis. Please coordinate you needs with the front desk and staff.
• In the summer we require that you call the front desk and make your reservations at least three days in advance so we may be able to coordinate our employees. Summer is very busy time for our child care providers and we need a fair amount of time to make sure help is lined up, as many have their own children and vacations to plan around.
• Just a reminder, for everyone's safety, no children under 12 years of age may be left unsupervised at the club at any time.
• Should there be any changes in your needs, or you need to cancel your reservation, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can re-arrange our staffing.
