Saturday and Sunday Showdowns - Scheduling for 16 Player Events

This is the General Schedule for our Compass Draw Tournaments - over a Saturday and Sunday. It may change due to weekly circumstances, so please check online for the official start imes. They may be different from those described below.

Same time schedule for all age divisions - B/G 12, B/G 14, B/G 16, B/G 18. Girls go first each day / evening and get done first. Boys follow them each round.

Saturday - beginning at 5 PM.

Girls' First Round starts at 5:00 PM.
Boys' First Round starts at 6:15 PM.
Girls' Second Round starts at 7:30 PM.
Boys' Second Round starts at 8:30 PM.

We should be done (with the concluding boy's matches - their second round goes on last) by 10:30 PM on Saturday nights.

Pizzas and pop are delivered at 6:30 PM on Saturday night for all the players.

Sunday - beginning at 9 AM.

Girls' Third Round - starts at 9:00 AM.
Boys' Third Round - starts at 10:15 AM.
Girls' Final Round - starts at 11:30 PM.
Boys' Final Round - starts at 12:30 PM.

We should be done by 3:30 PM (with the concluding boy's matches - their second round goes on last) on Sunday afternoon.
