What is Cardio Tennis?

Cardio tennis is a group exercise activity for anyone at any tennis level! Our class is a great way to burn calories while meeting new people who share similar interests. Cardio tennis is a high-energy fitness class that combines cardiovascular exercise with the sport of tennis. Get your heart racing while focusing on features of the game, ending with a full body, calorie-burning workout while sharpening your tennis skills!
